By using Mate.direct services ("Service"), you acknowledge this Agreement governs your access and use of AI-powered WhatsApp automation services. If you disagree with any terms, do not use the Service.
2. Core Service Description
The Service provides:
- AI-powered WhatsApp message automation
- 24-hour conversation context maintenance
- Processing of messages from non-contact users only
- Custom AI assistant configuration
- Google Sheets data integration
- Multi-language support
- Token-based usage system
3. Account Management
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Configuring your AI assistant appropriately
- Managing your WhatsApp connection
- Monitoring token usage
- Securing your login credentials
- All activities under your account
4. Subscription and Payments
Payment terms include:
- Subscription payments are processed through LemonSqueezy
- Tokens are activated upon successful payment
- No refunds for purchased tokens
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Token prices may change without notice
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the AI assistant for harassment or spam
- Attempt to reverse engineer the service
- Share your account access with others
- Violate WhatsApp's terms of service
- Exceed fair usage limits
6. Data Processing
Regarding your data:
- We process and store messages only from users not in your WhatsApp contacts
- Messages are retained for 24 hours to maintain conversation context
- Messages from your WhatsApp contacts are not stored or processed
- After 24 hours, messages are automatically deleted
- Conversation summaries are created for business analytics
- If Google Sheets integration is enabled, summaries are added to your sheet
- You maintain full control over data sharing permissions
- You can disable data collection to Google Sheets at any time
7. Service Availability
We reserve the right to:
- Modify the AI assistant capabilities
- Change integration features
- Update the token system
- Modify language support
- Adjust service performance
8. Service Limitations
You acknowledge that:
- AI responses may not be perfect
- WhatsApp connection requires valid business number
- Message processing limited to non-contact conversations
- 24-hour conversation context limit applies
- Language support is limited to configured options
- Google Sheets must be properly shared
- Service depends on third-party platforms
9. Account Suspension
Your account may be suspended for:
- Token depletion
- Payment failure
- Terms violation
- Excessive usage
- Suspicious activity
10. Termination
Account termination may occur for:
- Violation of these terms
- Extended payment delinquency
- Service abuse
- At your request
- Service discontinuation
11. Legal Compliance
You must comply with:
- WhatsApp Business policies
- Data protection regulations
- Local messaging laws
- Privacy requirements
- Anti-spam regulations
12. Updates to Agreement
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Major changes will be notified via email.
