3. WhatsApp Integration Agreement
3.1 Integration Disclaimer
You explicitly acknowledge that our WhatsApp integration:
- Is UNOFFICIAL and uses third-party libraries
- Has NO affiliation with Meta or WhatsApp
- May be affected by external changes
- Provides NO guaranteed stability
3.2 User Obligations
You must:
- Comply with WhatsApp's terms
- Use a legitimate business number
- Accept integration risks
4. Token System Agreement
4.1 Token Usage
- Tokens are non-refundable
- No transfer between accounts
- Subject to rate limits
- May expire per terms
- Voice message processing and translation consume additional tokens
4.2 Service Suspension
Service may be suspended if:
- Token balance depleted
- Usage limits exceeded
- Terms violated
- Security issues detected
5. AI Processing Agreement
5.1 Processing Consent
You explicitly agree that:
- Messages are processed by AI
- Voice messages are transcribed by AI
- Content may be translated by AI
- Results require verification
- No accuracy guarantee
- Processing has limitations

- Response accuracy varies
- Transcription accuracy varies
- Translation accuracy varies
- Processing times not guaranteed
- Language support limitations apply
- Context restrictions apply
6. Data Processing Agreement
6.1 Data Handling
You authorize us to:
- Process messages for 24 hours
- Transcribe voice messages
- Translate message content
- Store technical data
- Use automatic deletion
- Handle integration data
6.2 User Obligations
You are responsible for:
- Data accuracy
- Content legality
- Necessary permissions
- Compliance requirements
7. Language and Translation Agreement
7.1 Language Processing Consent
You explicitly agree that:
- The service may detect the language of your messages
- Messages may be processed in multiple languages
- Language detection is provided on a best-effort basis
- The system may store language preferences
7.2 Translation Feature Terms
You acknowledge that:
- Translation is an optional feature
- When enabled, incoming messages may be translated
- Translations are provided alongside original messages
- Translation accuracy is not guaranteed
- Translation consumes additional tokens
7.3 Voice Message Terms
You agree that:
- Voice messages will be transcribed when processed
- Transcription is performed by AI systems
- Accuracy depends on audio quality and clarity
- Voice messages longer than 3 minutes will not be processed
- Voice processing consumes additional tokens
8. Security and Compliance
8.1 Security Monitoring Agreement
By using our service, you explicitly agree that:
- Your resource usage will be monitored for security purposes
- Excessive resource usage may result in service termination
- Security incidents will be logged and investigated
- Your data may be included in security incident reports
8.2 Automatic Data Management
You acknowledge and accept that:
- Inactive sessions will be automatically terminated after 7 days
- Message data is automatically deleted after 24 hours
- Resources are monitored and limited for service stability
- System logs are maintained for security purposes
8.3 Incident Response
In case of security incidents:
- We may suspend or terminate service access
- You will be notified of relevant security breaches
- Incident details may be shared with authorities
- Your cooperation may be required for investigation
8.4 GDPR Compliance Agreement
You agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information
- Update your contact details when necessary
- Report suspected security incidents
- Comply with data protection requirements
- Exercise your rights through appropriate channels
